Using Molly
Molly is an AI chat app. Replies are generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important, and don't rely on Molly for medical, legal, financial or emergency advice. You must be at least 13 to use Molly.
AI characters
Characters are AIs with a personality; they are not real people. If you publish a character, you confirm that you have the right to its name and content, and it must not impersonate a real person, be sexual, target minors, or promote hate, harassment, self-harm, violence or illegal activity. Published characters are checked automatically, can be reported, and we may remove them.
Your content
You own what you write. You give us the permission we need to store it, process it to answer you and, for characters you publish, show them to others. You're responsible for what you send and publish.
Acceptable use
Don't use Molly to break the law, harm others, try to get around limits or security, or overload the service.
Plans and payment
Free includes a daily message limit. Paid plans are billed through Google Play and renew automatically until you cancel in Google Play; cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Google Play's policies.
Changes and ending
We may change Molly or these terms; we'll tell you in the app about important changes. You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
Molly is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on AI replies. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.
Law
Swedish law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protection where you live.
Fair use
Personal and Pro include unlimited messages for normal personal use, up to 400 messages a day. Pro answers with our most capable model for your first 60 messages each day and with our standard model after that. Free includes 20 messages a day per account and per phone. To keep Molly fair for everyone, accounts made with an email address must confirm it, and Molly only works in the official app from Google Play.
